MG Rising Star "Iris"

MG Rising Star affectionately known as Iris, is a beautiful, very well put together 2 year old Canadian Warmblood filly currently standing 15.3HH. She is expected to mature over 16.2HH. Sharing almost 75% breeding as our stunning and well accomplished high-selling performance horse graduate, MG Matchu, of the founding 2025 Maple Classic Equine Sale.

 

Sired by Waverly my Moet out of a Wizardry mare. Her bloodlines boast premium dressage breeding on both sides, paired with some outstanding European jumping lines, she can easily go in either direction. Her movement is incredible, with an outstanding walk, drool-worthy shoulder action in the trot and an uphill canter. There is no doubt that she will turn heads wherever she goes. As previously demonstrated by MG Matchu, this pedigree has fantastic natural form over jumps, showing boldness and scope. Iris is no outlier, and has proven herself in the jump chute.

Iris has age appropriate handling and ground work experience, including carrying a bit and understanding side reins on the lunge line.
