

ENTERING YOUR SUBMISSION

See below for instructions on how to submit your horse for the September 2025 auction.

Please read the entry criteria under the Terms and Conditions tab to see if your horse is eligible, and you fully understand what is required following successful submissions.

Entries MUST be in by August 15th, 2025, unless an extension is granted.
Following information as required;

Full description of your horse, including any information relevant to registrations or paperwork

Following this, you will have a deadline of September 1st 2025 to submit all necessary requirements, including professional photographs, videos and PPE/X-rays. It is strongly advised that advertising material is submitted as soon as possible (with the exception of PPE, which must be submitted according to time frame provided), so that advertising of your horse can begin.

Applicants should expect to receive contact from a member of administration regarding their sales submission.
NB; Maple Classic Equine Sale Administration team reserves the right to reject or approve applications at their independent discretion. Please include as much relevant information in your application as possible.
The sale is limited by the number of lots that it can present at any given time, and thus the number of lots presented by Maple Classic Equine Sale are subject to change at their discretion.
